This painted tapestry depicting St Nicholas of Myra had been rolled and folded many times so that the paint was badly cracked and faded.
The paint was restored and the tapestry was then mounted on a rich brocade to compliment and enhance this beautiful banner
for St. Patrick's church in Grass Valley, CA
